To activate a free trial your physical address and your cellphone number are required.

Property

To activate the FLFE field around your property we must have a specific legal address (as defined by your country’s government) that clearly identifies the property. In most cases that will be your mailing address, including the zip code. Be sure to include your building number or letter, or your unit or apartment number if there is one available. Consulting a mapping program on the web like Google Maps may be helpful to be sure that the address clearly identifies the property.

In some cases, particularly away from urban areas or for a large tract of land, other legal designations can be found in government documents or records. Examples of these would be parcel numbers, lot numbers and legal descriptions on deeds. Throughout the website, we may use “property”, “location” and “address” when referring to the application of FLFE. We are always referring to the full legal address.

Everywhere

To activate the field around your phone you will need to enter your cellphone number as though it were being called locally. Please do not need include the area code or country code for activation. You will also need to include the country where the phone number and SIM card were activated.

Once you complete the forms to sign up for your free trial, your FLFE service will be activated around your home and phone within just a few minutes. You will receive an email containing your login information and detailed instructions on how to access your customer portal, where you can customize your service to suit your needs. Please allow up to one hour for the welcome email to arrive, and be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
